Changes to basic handling tests?

Have been giving some inside information that within the next 2 months expect some big changes in how the basic handling test for learners licence is run

My understanding is that the course will be made harder and the cost is likely to increase

which isnt at all a bad thing........but a little warning never goes astray

Harder in what way?

I found it really really really hard back when I did it, but only because I was given a tiny little scooter and I'm over 6 feet and my knees hit the bars and I couldn't turn properly.
