    Yep and I remember those "speed traps"...cables across the road! LOL...sorry,flash backs to a different time.
    Also I agree re pursuits...my comments re the flip-style plates referred to speed cameras mainly.
    If someone is willing to do a runner from the cops they should expect trouble...

    I used to ignore the policeman with the red flag , he always walked to slow ...
    then he took to hiding behind bushes the rotter ,,, ... Now I wait till he cycles past the estate and set the hound loose ...

    this current thinking stays in fashion , is fit a limiter , rev limiter , like they use in the motogp
    with a switch on the handlebars ,,that mean you flick the switch and you criuse at 104.000000007kph

    I just bring a photo of the bike to the judge ,,, its an Enfield sir ,,100 kph is an imposibility !!!
