    Nope sorry,
Took AMPS demo for a solid thrash down a certain dwive and through a few other roads.....

It handles brilliantly BRILLIANTLY!!! - but the power delivery is a bit ..... boring...

It doesn't have the same kick or attitude as a 636 ....

I'd still pick the 750.. 600's just don't have that shove and thou's are too scary to redline everywhere....

It would seem the professional test riders managed a different result to you....

Surely the 'feel' he got from it is more important than what is printed in a magazine.

Out of all of the above bikes I would go for the 06 750. As said before the weight, size etc of a 600 but mucho more power (and more importantly torque).

If the extra few grand isn't a factor then it's [Edit: gsxr750] the logical choice....

The CBR looks great in Black or White

What I like most about the new bikes is the older models will be cheaper

Gixxer 7fiddy or the Trumpy 675 depending on your tastes and power requirements. The "...boring..." power delivery of the Triumph will be a result of a near perfect torque curve that lacks any spikes or flat spots/dips through the rpm.
IMHO a better looking bike than the new 600's.

    Yep, that's it.

Similar to a CBR954 - you're doing well over 200kmph but it feels like 80ks and you're getting sleepy....

Personally I prefer the "Where's the power, where's the power, where's the..... YEEHAAA here we go" delivery.......

I must concede that a linear torque curve is a little souless. With some engines you really do wonder where the power is for a few thousand rpm...then as you [justsomeguy] say you prefer, all hell brakes loose...personally I'd like it a little smoother than that but not so smooth as to rob the power delivery of some character, ah la Trumpy 675...hence my vote for the GSXR750 - that extra 75cc adds some torque and the engine has a steepening of the curve above cruising rpm to really make you feel alive

Normally I'd choose 6R without a doubt, but that new 600RR sounds unbelievable on paper. I still went 6R anyway...

Got to go the 750, as I need all the cubes I can get. The trumpy in a 750 might be a gas too.
