Frame Number Wanted

Has anyone got access to a database that can translate a number plate into a frame number? Eg hooked into LTSA database.

My mate wants to order some parts for his GB400 but the shop wants a frame number.

I too would have thought that the frame number on a GB was on the frame?

Unfortunately the bike ain't in the same locality where he's at.

In the end he rang the LTSA and they told him the number, so its all sorted.
