    I am quite happy for people to borrow money to buy bikes.... although my area is more in the >$2million mark.

    Yeah, could prolly do summit with a couple million... You do unsecured, loans...? Low repayments...?

    Cashflow lending yes.... but it's complicated. Will explain over a beer sometime.

    Health is okay, they sent me a reminder the visit for my next lots of tests, so I have hidden it away for now....

    Actually quite well with a wide rear tyre. The front tends to snowplow its way through.
