you saw the SOHC 750 with cast wheels and what looks like CB750F (DOHC) running gear, ex the US?
The last of the shoc cb750F2s. 1977/8 had comstars and blacked out engines and a slightly different exhaust system IIRC. Also had a top end redesign with bigger valves.

Find this- http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/~stuart06/ The F2 has an aftermarket system. Looking at the yellow F1 it has F2/dohc k running gear and an F2 exhaust system.

The Hondamate guy was selling it on behalf of his mate who does'nt have a TM account.
I had a good phone convo with the Boldor owner, seems an older bloke.
Has a new Triumph T100 I think plus a Honda 900 Hornet and the Boldor was'nt being used.
Seemed a good genuine biker bloke.

No, did'nt see that bike mate.

    TS125 has gone today.
I withdrew it from the auction on TM. Was getting all these numpties asking me stupid questions which made me think they were expecting a new bike!!!
I only wanted around $300. If it did'nt sell I was going to offer it here for someone to take it away, no cost to me.
The Biketranz guy turned up to pick my TT350 up to go to Christchurch, and saw the TS......said he was looking for a bike for his kids.
End result, he's bringing the Boldor from Taranaki to me no cost.......he took the TS away with him.
    He's happy, I'm happy, all's well.

Good work on the transport deal Dooley, and congrats on the Honda - great buying, specially with the SS pipes, thats good buying when you look at the price of even a 250.

    Enjoy!

So that's why he wouldn't answer his phone today...to busy carting your bikes around.

    Yep, must be.

Talk about service, he picked it up from Taranki today and it was delivered here just out of Hastings by 2.30.
Am on my last week of holiday, and doing some painting inside the house.
Needless to say the 2nd coat for the kitchen had to wait as I went on a 50km ride.
What a delightful old bike, I would'nt say it rides like new, but I'm very surprised how 'tight' it feels. Came with new rego, new WOF, and a full tank of gas.
    I'm very happy.

    Back to painting tommorrow tho............
