How to stop the missus riding MY Guzzi

She will not be riding my bloody V 11 any more for I have spoken.
And I wear the pants, so there.

I knew that I was not taking enough of those pills to stop me doing it.

it would have been a lot cheaper and easier just to cut her hands off while she slept

Yes we have a Silver 00 and a Black 01.
We both like it and because of the size difference and a set up of the bike could not be done to suite both of us.
And after 12 and 14 years with the same street bikes it was time to update.

I had just not planing on two bikes in a month.
But when the right bike pop's up you have to grab it with both hands.
I had all ways thought I would have buy SDU a bike because of her size.
It was a bonus that she could ride the MKIII Guzzi at all.
And find's the V11 so much easier to ride.

Sorry but SDU would get jealous and look at me funny if I did that.

I know how to fix that.
First you go down to the bank again, with cap in hand.

OR hide the keys and pretend that it is broken or take the wheels off it.

If I take one of the plug leads off the Guzzi, as a 550 single it would probably still have the legs on the RF !!
And as she (quite rightly) points out, both of the bikes are in BOTH of our names...(the joys of marriage )
That's why the Guzzi isn't wearing loud pipes, but I've had this discussion before.

Anyway, back to your thread, did you buy the black one from down Dunedin way?
I heard of one for sale down there very briefly.

They look great together. When I get to ChCh next (won't be too far away), we'll have to have a group photo with Dangerous' Lemans also.
Now that would be a photo and a half !!!

Spoken like somebody who likes sleeping in the garage ...
    Cough ... ... Cough

Congrats on the new purchase Looks like a nice bike. The V11 is a machine I'd like to run one day.

Oh and that reminds me (Pulp Fiction):

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."
90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.
