Get yourself a copy of Australia Motorcycle Atlas (Whitcoulls have it for $34.99) It gives the top 100 motorcycling rides. Victoria as about 20 of them
My favorites are the Black spur, Great Ocean Road, Great Apine road over Mt Hotham
