Pretty sweet down here today too... The bike is getting a maintenance break but I still got out there. Started learning to windsurf... awesome day!

Just back from 2-weeks cruisin' in our van along with daughter and Son-In-law in theirs. Did 2000k's with beds in the back and had a ball! However, the Missus goes back to work tomorrow and I still got a week left... Guess wot I's gonna do...!
She doesn't work Fridays though so we'll have a 3-day weekend before I start back Monday. Might suggest she hop on the back for some biking together for a last holiday fling thing...

I was there on Tuesday. Took off heading north for a quick ride, kept avoiding the holiday traffic and somehow ended up in Cape Reinga. Came back through Mangonui and Kerikeri chasing the setting sun - magic. Just on 1000 ks for the trip.
