    Could have been nasty

Off to work this morning,530am made a decision to leave the bike at home and take the ute in.So im off down the main road out of Russell when Wack! WTF...! i pull up and heres this rope strung from one side of the road to the other....It was a strong nylon rope tied useing professional knots, about chest height. the rope skimmed up across my roof ,it was very tight . Cant help thinking what would of happened if i took me bike......makes me shudder. Im now on the trail looking for the mongrols who were seen walking around early this morning....Sure is some idiots out there....got to be careful alright.....

Gulp!!! Coulda been reeeelly nasty. Can't figure out the mentality of scum who'd do this sort of thing.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Hope you find the wankers (and that's praising them) that did this and 'explain' the error of their ways.

I cannot comprehend how people can do this shit and find it 'clever' or 'funny'
    - but then I'm not a slack-jawed mouth-breathing improvident lackwit oxygen thief sired with watery spunk like those that do this kind of thing - probably caused them brain-fade with the thought process to do it .........

    Someone doesn't like motorbikes

Man, there are some real pyschos out there. Depending on speed that would cut you in half
If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.

And in a society where we're judged by the lowest common denominator I get accused at being a dick head like almost everyone else my age. That's awful

I imagine you got rid of the rope?

That is bloody shocking. I hope that you manage to catch/findout who the pricks are and beat them so that they will never forget this stupid decision.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

I hope you bought the cops in on it. Their intel about who was out and about at that time of the morning is pretty impressive. We keep slagging them off, but they do a bloody awesome job and this sort of thing they might be able to ID the perps straight away.

(You haven't been shagging someone else's missus have you?)

I guess its the same mentality that has 5 year olds bouncing kittens off trampolines and teenagers chucking bricks through car windscreens.

Good to hear you had a bit of luck and missed it.

Even on a quiet street, it could not have been up long. No doubt the perps were lurking around watching to see the fun. Unusual time for a*seholes to be up and active - did you see anyone hanging around ?

    Holy f*ck that sounds nasty!

I remember reading about a similar thing happening on the ADVRider forums, somewhere in the states, just goes to show no one has a monopoly on being a freaking RETARD.

I'm with calling the cops in, sure, you could beat his nose in, but that won't make him STING like a conviction or similar would...
