I don't understand what you're saying. Most tyres are specified by a series of numbers like 180/55 ZR 17. The first two numbers are the width (in mm) and aspect ratio (the relative height of the sidewall to the width of the tyre) and the last number is the rim diameter (in inches). The characters, like ZR in my example, is the speed performance rating. This information is generally embossed somewhere on the tyre's sidewall.

it says 3.00-18
Who is the tyre manufacturer and what sort of bike is it on?

bridgestone and on a 1982 gs125o
That's your rear, with a 2.75 18 front? Skinny tyres!

i think the front is exactly the same size. i dont know this tyre game is way to confusing
How about you take the bike for a ride to your friendly neighbourhood bike shop and let them price up some options for you? There probably aren't that many choices for a tyre that size. TSS in Alicetown does a pretty good deal on tyres.
