    Custom/modified exhausts

    Does any1 know where abouts in auckland i could get a exhaust my my 1998 honda vtr250?

    sigh, dont bother cost etc etc only a 250 blah blah

    i've got a cycleworks on mine but now its fucked from a slide down the road, wait till you crash THEN buy the new exhaust

    What do you want, just a muffler changed? A cheap option would be go to Pitstop, they have a carbon fiblre motorcycle muffler which would probably be perfect for the VTR250, and cheap too. Plus, the'll definitely be able to fit it

    Custom Chambers in East Tamaki do anything you want.....but is it really worth it?

    On a VTR250? totally worth it. go for it, sounds way better even if it's no quicker

    and if you do it on a bandit and new jets you get another 20 km/h out of it

    up to you, if you have the cash to throw at it then go for it

    most mufflers are like $500ish right?

    I've decided that a cool (loud) sound is the last thing I need on the CBR. On full throttle going thru 11,000 it makes beautiful (and loud) music.

    The rest of the time, the standard muffler is quiet. Quiet enough that I can have a blat and not turn any heads. Just the way I like it. Scape the pegs, have fun ... and nobody notices (ie takes photos, rings noise control, dials *555)
