Rob???.... do your knees impeed the your rear vision at all??.....![]()
That's a bummer to hear that. When i park in car parks i always make sure my bike it sticking out so whoever decides to bloody turn in can see it.....mind you, i guess i put my faith in people in cages who actually bother looking!
On another note - Before this bike i have now, i rode around for 2 years on a.........1998 Suzuki RG 1998 and absolutely loved it. It's a zippy little thing and easily drags things off at the lights! When it's all fixed you will love hanging out on it. Mine is just another colour.....same base colour though.
Happy Riding when you get back there

Go on, click on the pic for larger version!
Sorry to hear about your own semi-Dante's inferno version - I get paranoid whenever I'm not around my bike when it's parked. I try to avoid parking in car spaces whenever possible - too many idjits and incidents seem to occur to bikes when they are! (I do recall Spankme saying "Never, ever park in car spaces!")
And all that on your new ride!Ah well, least it wasn't when you were pootling along!

I use their own rules against them when getting told to move off the footpath.
Technically, a footpath is a public road, as it has no gates to stop motorists from using it. Therefore, as long as you are not impeding the flow of traffic (be it foot or otherwise), you are doing nothing illegal when parking on it.
Shuts the little Nazi parking bitches up.
