Bahahahah, that'd suck. I'm not for giving women the bash in general, but to scratch up someones bike... it's either that or hanging.

If I am near my bike & notice a kid drooling over it, I have offered for them to have a sit on it. But I would however be upset if I came out of a shop etc, & found someone sitting on it without permission!

As already mentioned on here.. I too would hate for a kiddy to get burnt on hot pipes, or for my bike to roll off the stand & crush a little one! If I'm there to supervise & make sure they can play "biker", "safely" then all good!

It is different if i am there watching, for the same reasons, hot pipes, toppling over off the side stand (as the VTR has no centre stand) and like you if a kid is drooling over it I will offer if s/he wants to sit on it... (then look over to mum for the answer )

But for someone to touch something that is not theirs without asking and damage it isn't cricket

    Cool

Dynamytus50 - Oh well in a few years time you could be arresting this young person.... Please remind the mother when that happens..... that you tried to save the young person from becoming a little hoon.

I once noticed a little vtr 250 parked in a dusty carpark at Big Boys Toys a few years back. The amount of people writing words & pictures in the dust on this bike was amazing... no consideration

Hahah, if they did that on mine everyone'd know, and the kids ears would probably start bleeding

My automatic reaction would have been to back hand him in the face... like an annoying bug. Totally automatic, just would have lashed out to save my bike. What would happen to me policemanwise if I'd backhanded a 10 year old under those circumstance?

NEVER hit a child - gently remove his hand from the throttle and place it on the header pipe.

Any motherfucker, or their demon offspring, that touches my bike...

without permission better have a fucking good dental plan. It's not their property so they should treat it as such and leave it well the fuck alone. I don't think my position on this is at all ambiguous.

Me and my dad just got back from a cruise over to Hamilton to drop my brother's GF off at home. We were parked up at BK and when we came out his bike had been placed on the centre stand. Seems someone knocked it over. Broke the clutch lever (not juat the little bulb thing on the end but also where the mounting screw goes through it) that I had just put on it the day before when it finally arrived from the states.

Lucky for whoever did not see them

I have quite a few people looking at the amazing shield on the side of my bike and I dont mind if they touch it however, if any fucker tries to sit on it that isn't a member of KB or I am not there - then there will be trouble if I catch them. I think I might be quite protective of my bike
