    Smile Hey everyone! (poison_ivy77)

Wanted to say hi to everyone as I am a newbie

I just completed my learners licence today (yay!). I have been riding around on a PGO Comet 50cc and just needed something more stable, bigger and faster!!! So my hubby bid on an 87 TZR250T on trademe and before I knew it I was being bugged to get my licence :P

He then went on to bid on an 87 GPZ750R for himself!!! Which is good, we can go on rides together.

My bike is in bits, we painted it black and silver hammerite and it looks sexy as compared to what it looked like when we bought it (will post before and after pics once it's back together). Hopefully it'll have a WOF by the end of this week, I'm itching to hop on!!!

Anyone else from the Top of the South? Every ride etc seems to be everywhere else but

Welcome to the site PoisonIvy. There was a Kiwibiker party in Nelson last Christmas, so there must be a few around there!

I lived in Nelson for a couple of years. Quite a nice place.
