May I suggest if you want some advice, having a yarn with Jen, MYGSXF, she's done a few riding courses recently, plus she'll have the good 'ol ladies point of view, lol...
At a guess, your bikes powerband should be between 6000 and 9500 rpm-ish... It's also worth adding, your bike definately looks way cooler now...
