Are you going through Queenstown? If you do, gimme a PM, but definatley do the Wanaka-Queenstown route over the Crown Range.

I'll be headin down on the 27th too. I've heard the road in and out of westport's a pretty good ride, as well as haast pass. Only got 3 days to go down the coast and back up though, so don't know how far we'll get.

The timing could be all wrong. We're starting with the Glenorchy rally, w/e 13/14 Jan, then up the West Coast and back down the East. About a fortnight all up.

Im hoping to go to the Glenorchy rally... it be 90% going at present
