Adobe creative suite 2 - Photoshop, Image Ready (check what that does with 'slices' - thats the trick for 'floating' the movie on the pic - you can work it out from that - 'Help' is your friend.) and dreameaver for the html.
The Videos were captured, edited, stills animated and scored on Apple iLife software and Garageband. then uploaded to You Tube
