The AA Roadwatch service will send info to you via text, fax, email, carrier pigeon or smoke signals. You specify the means of receipt that suits you best for the roads that are of most interest to you. I prefer the tomtoms myself.

Hmmm. There seems to be a lot of agencies watching the roads, but none fixing them.
