Could Norton sell 150 road versions of the NRV 588? I think so.
Well I know that at least one would sell in New Zealand.

That would be so good parked next to the RE5.
    Time to ride

Why is it that something that is beautifully engineered has no conventional aesthetic value but somehow looks beautiful in a way you can't explain?

Lucky I haven't got kids, I'd sell 'em to the slave traders to get my trembling mits on one of these!

Wonder what it sounds like? Would love to be at a race event and hear one of those screaming past. Awesome stuff.

I remember watching the TT on TV back in the 90's and it had nearly a lap aboard the Norton. What a sound !!! Imagine an extra loud RX7 pulling lots more revs !!!

    That is SO kewl!

Two things that struck me about the article. This first is that it is 'fly by wire'. Uh-oh... I hope the electronics aren't made by Lucas, The Prince of Darkness.
Secondly, the zorsts are made from inconel, as "rotaries' exhausts are too hot for titanium". Zounds!
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
