Need a bed in Wellington Sat 10th Feb

Hi All

Here's the story, work his in there wisdom decided I should spend a month working in the Christchurch office. Who am I to complain as long as I can take the bike, I mean with all those great rides and hopefully great weather.

So I catch the ferry at 8.25am on the Sunday the 11th of Feb so was hoping that a kind kber would put up a house trained male for a night (willing to supply drinks). I could stay in a motel but would rather meet some more kber's and talk shit.

You get to discover the port hills rides. Meet up with someone and go on a ride to Akaroa - great ride, it'll keep you coming back for more. There are so many good rides around the port hills though... you'll never have too much trouble looking for a fun place to ride. Just hope the weather's decent! Oh and watch for loose surfaces, there does tend to be some gravel around. Good luck with finding a bed in Welly

hes catching an 8am boat! from wellington, he would have to ride through the night to make it from auckland if he didnt stay the night in wellie

Me or Mrmelon both have a space at our places for you. MrMelon has a spare bed and I have a floor and an air bed... Send either of us a PM if you need to mate.

My Mother-In-Law departs today after a 2 month visit (sigh.....)

Spare room here with a double bed, room in the locked garage & I'm 2 minutes away from the motorway, 10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal. PM if you would like to make use of these amenities, or can't find a better offer.

And I thought Christchurch people were on to it. I need a bed in Welly on my way to Christchurch (was it that hard)

Thanks for the offer, it would be good to catch up with a few of the Wellington crew. I'd be keen to do a run over the Rimutaka's if there's time on Saturday afternoon.

Sweet as. Max is alot futher out of town but he is also alot closer to the Taka's....
