Just a caution - SH3 Hamilton for about 4ks north of the airport turn-off has a long diesel spill - especially around the sweeping (usually fast) corners just north of the airport grass runway. A Halls semi lost it last night going up the left hander, jack-knifing acxross the road and blocking it but amazingly missing everyone coming the other direction (including me!). At about 3am there was some drizzle, and there was another crash there - this time going south. It is very slick with bleeding tar, and even more so when wet.
