I think I'm getting fucked and could use an opinion (or 200) on my situation.
- Came off my bike on 31st December 2007. All surface damage, no structural / mechanical (save a broken peg).
- Delivered to Red Baron, Gt North Road (auck) on 4th Jan.
- Damage report finished on the 15th Jan.
- Insurance company received claim on the 17th.
- Repairs 'began' sometime between the 17th and 22nd (guessing) as I called on the 22nd and they said they'd ordered parts.
- They are still waiting on 'parts' it is the 19th Feb today.
28 days just to get parts? For a Hyosung?
I had a box of stock parts delivered direct from Korea when I first got the bike - took 4 days to ship. What's Red Baron's big hold up - am I getting fucked over? What are your thoughts?
