    It's fine when you're a wage slave at a huge American corporation, but seriously, I wouldn't pull that shit in this country. The professional community in just about any given industry is far too small to burn bridges.

    don't think it matters when your old company's directors run off to Australia after de-frauding the IRD out of $30M+ in GST and PAYE, and then didn't bother paying 90% of the staff for last 3 weeks the company was open... bastards...

    I hadn't even met my boss when I left my last job. I talked to him once 5 minutes after he got my email saying I was leaving.

    Exit interview? lol

    I was as terrified as Hell when I found out I had to go through an Exit Interview to leave my last job.

    Terrified that I'd fail the interview and they wouldn't let me leave.
