Well apparently it MY fault

because during emergency breaking and while trying to ensure my life was not put in danger by the fucking idiot who decided to drive in front me I avoided him - I get fucking fined. It's not the fact that I've been fined $150 (extremely light considering what it could have been - both fines and injuries) but for the fact that the cunt who drove in front of me gets off scott free.

What was the fine for? Shish! What were the dudes that fined you thinking (or smoking!). Surely this is beyond reason!!!! I can see why your farked off.

Actually Col, you could go into/call the station and see the cop who attended the accident and ask why they have failed to charge him with failing to give the required 3 seconds indication.
It may not get you far but it might give him a ticket for failing to indicate etc or something similar.
Best of luck mate, failing that, we can do a whip around and see if we can get a can of whoop-ass for him.

Thanks to this place! Where else can I vent without actually hurting anyone??!?

As far as 'Ma Cookie' (the RF) goes... I have started to replace parts and she'll be ready to go in a couple of weeks (I hope).
I have bought some parts in Auckland and they are expected to be delivered next week. The front fairing frame is being repaired/rebuilt, and the radiator is due for repair this week. Fork seals are coming and I have an offer to help me rebuild those in short order. The headlight fairing is due to be glued in short order. All up so far including glue - $350. Sheer dumb luck more than good fortune .... - the generosity of the wonderful folks here at KB.
