Kawasaki KLR650 2007 & 2008

Seems like the advertising's starting early for next years models. My flatmate is looking at picking up a red '06 KLR650 for just $6,500 AUD with only 2000km on the clock and in mint condition.

Anyway, below are the new release 2007 KLR650 and a sneak preview of the 2008 model. Looks as if they might be carrying some design influences from the KLE500.

I've got a 2008 (green one) on order at Motorad. Delivery date is tentatively early March.
NZ retail for the 2007 is $9290 + ORC. Motorad suggest the '08 "should be within $500 or so of that" (but they don't know for sure)

Flatmate got a call from the dealership today, and they'll let him have the red '06 KLR650 for $6,700 AUD. They confirmed that it's only done 2000km. Also had a look at the Kawasaki website and they had the new KLR advertised as below. Looks like there's a few things "to be confirmed".

My local dealer rang NZ kawasaki today, they nz release for 2008 model in May in red green and blue..
