And wait...that's just the kettle calling the pot black!

Aha just found your post - geez man, what have you been doing to yourself. Close call by the sounds of it. Glad all is well.

    I like that, well put.
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

    Keeripes man!

First a kamikaze fowl koshes you, then it's mud pie making time, now you're going all feral and making a hovel in the bush?

T'was fortunate you were with an accomplished riding companion, That Scottish Rider would be one with whom I would happily pootle our fair roads, and I for one am jealous that you managed to secure his companionship that day!

Big ups to the KB rescue team, I hope the only time I ever have need of assistance from any of you, is in the disposal of excess beer.

    Glad all is well J!

    Cool

    Hey what can I say.........
But I have also ridden with 'THAT Scottish Rider' and I survived.....
Admittedly it was only a short ride....... from his home to Te Rapa motorway onramp.

He even was going to offer to escort me again tonight....... but I have found I can find my way out now.... so I left him at home.

Even got shown video footage of the said 'off' corner....... and some pic's.
So all I will say is gijoe1313 is blardy lucky no car was coming from the other direction.... and that you had a soft landing of NZ ferns. (no not the netball team)

Cheers Chickadee and McJim for the seat cover and a lovely meal tonight.

What are you trying to do? Discourage others from becoming teachers or something? Watch out people, spend too many times going over shakespeare or poetry with your class and eventually this will happen to you too.

Ying tong iddy i po! Less of the lip laddy or I'll get you to summarise the perils of NCEA in regards to giving students the learn!

    Oh wait...too late...

Forthwith, I shall endeavour to keep my immaculately contained minutae of motorcycling ramifications in a singulary statement. This is also known in that juxtaposed kiwism of colloquialism humor "Yeah. Right" and the sheer splendiferous superfluous subject bantering attributed to me.

I'm too far gone to be helped...

And yet another possible savior reveals himself! Ah, so good to know that the KB (and hopefully the general biking community) spirit is so full of helpful people!
