He did indeed get charged (or at least issued an infringement notice) and I have the driver's address so lashing isn't completely out of the question just yet

Bad luck man- happens to the best of us- who the hell let cagers onto our roads anyway...worst thing is that goes down with ACC as another bike crash and give those who sit on fat asses in Wgtn more fuel to hike the rego price
