Bad luck mate - at least this proves it's not just me - Chisanga and you both binned without me being present. Must be the water after all.

glad you are somewhat ok....whats a broken shoulder blade entail in regards to repairing? and how bad is the bike? im willing to bet the cager was at fault [pulling a u turn infront sure sounds like it!]

    good luck with the cops....
I would have bet the same but unfortunately the cops think otherwise!

Even though I explained to them that when the guy hesitated, I accelerated to try and get out of harms way, they deemed that doing +- 70km/h in a carpark was unnesessary (that being the approx speed at impact)

    Barstard don't have insurance either.

Ask for the 'watch tower' when you ring up.
I think you may mean the 'watch house' - the Watchtower is actually something to do with the Jehovah's Witnesses!

I think I will be investing in some more gear now sorry to hear about your injuries - at least you must be have been the only one who didn't think "How's my bike?"

Keep taking the droogs and get plenty of calcium! I dunno about this month ... must be the influence of Comet McNaught intersecting with the lack of 2007 release models and the decline of Roman civilisation

And I keep thinking back to Crisis Management's omen ... too many of us are having incidents Please everyone, ride safely! Enough provoking providence, Sod and Murphy!

I must say I'm a bit disappointed with this effort - nothing compared to the grace of going arse first into a fence post!

    Hope things heal up quick!
