At least they didn't hit a biker...

I trust this wasn't anybody we know...

    11 February 2007

Two Auckland police officers are nursing minor injuries this morning after smashing their patrol car on their way to a callout.

The officers were responding to a call for backup to fellow officers dealing with a fight.

However, on the way the driver hit a set of traffic lights on the corner of Lunn Avenue and the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway.

Inspector Matt Sillars says the police car has extensive damage and had to be towed away.

An investigation will be held into what caused the incident.

Well the wanker should get a driving offence ticket for being a tosser

How the hell and why the hell these police officers are allowed to drive around doing the speeds they do I will never understand

They are not trained properlly for it as this accident proves once again

How hard is it to put some thing between a gap

Shaun's post was in reference to training.

Perhaps you would care to point out to Shaun where you feel he need additional training?

My reference was more broadside...besides it still stands...i dont care how good anyone is ...they can still crash on the road or on the track no matter how good they are.

Point is no amount of training is going to prepare you for everything ...shaun is good because of experience and getting out there and doing it...... it still could happen that he gets tagged by someone else which causes him to crash....which better not happen and I hope I havent jinxed you .

besides I was only pointing out something, why is there a call of tosser or ban them or this, every time something Snafu `s
