Describe what you mean by 'motorcycle lifter'? Paddock stand, front stand, hydraulic frame lift...? There are quite a few available.
Swanman & Frosty have some very good affordable paddock stands (both front and rear) available.

got the race stands, the flat table workbench type, about $1000
Motorcycle Table lifts
A guy in New Plymouth builds and sells table lifts built like a brick shithouse for around the $600 mark.
