Jesus Christ, you Wellingtonians on a different planet or what? I was in at Haldanes 2 weekes ago and there was a dude picking up his 1098S then.

Thing's probably had it's first service by now.

Yes, but did he get a free sausage with his bike?

Thanks for a good evening Sparky Bills & Co at the shop. Great turnout. Where were the half naked brolly girls? You even had my favorite Monty's Summer Ale!
The 1098 sure did look the business. The Morini Corsaro sporty model wasn't too shabby either and drew a crowd all to itself.
Big KB attendance. Must have been free beers on offer.
I can see plenty of cheap 999s coming on the market.

Cheers guys..was well worth going. The new ducati looks like an awesome bike, but i must admit the Morini Corsaro got more of my attention. One thing I really liked on the 1098s was the dash..now that looks cool.

Thanks Motomart for putting on a great show. I especially liked the way you had the showroom set up with only Ducati models (apart from the Morini) which put the star attraction(s) into context. The 1098 is even more beautiful in the the flesh - everyone I spoke to agreed that it looks the business. I heard someone say "Ducati is back" and that pretty much sums it up for me.
    pretentious moi?
