Good stuff, good to see you had a luagh about it - life is too short and precious not to see the funny side!

I've found the odd loose stone or two can really catch you out when moving the bike about. In my case, an ocean going tug would be helpful.

I agree. If Wolf can't so much as back his bike (or himself for that matter) out a driveway then it's high time he handed the keys over, it might be safer than him dropping the poor bike. Wolf only hurt his ego but imagine how the poor bike feels!!!

Every morning I say to Wolf "ride safely" maybe now I should say "step safely"

Bad luck Dude. I wasn't at all afraid of the Title, cos I don't know ya, and I figured you were well enough to post the story!! lol (sorry!)

It's never too late to learn something, - ie I'm super careful about the slow stuff, - heard/seen too many stories, but alas, as I was backing the ST13 out of a parking space (car park) while straddling her (the bike), my left foot hit some oil, and..................................nearly bloody lost it, blooooody lucky, - phew!

Oh, sorry, nearly forgot your prescription: Take 18 cold Heinies and call me in the morning" Dr Shafty

The old "if it were serious it'd be someone else starting the thread" theory of damage assessment, huh?

After work the kids showed me the proper way to reverse a bike - their little electric toy bike has a reverse switch.

It also has training wheels, so I don't think I like what they were implying...

It didn't help getting the bike off my legs this morning, either...

Now I know why you don't drink... it's because the alchol doesn't effect you till the next day.

Thats the last time I'm taking you out to dinner and letting you have 1 bottle of beer if it has this effect on you.

Really? I thought it's because the drink didn't have the effects you'd hoped.

    Try more Rohypnol next time...

"You must spread..." here we go again! I'd like to bling you both for most of this thread!

The Missus keeps a close eye on my ego and whacks it if it starts to get out of line! The middle-aged spread is another thing she wants reduced, and I am working on that...

Shit Wolf, ya had me goin to. For a moment there I thought I might have lead you astray while talking tyres! Good to hear it wasn't too bad. Tip for the future: also watch out when doing slow tight turns close to any hoses laying on the ground before backin said bike into garage. The little buggers can catch one unawares when one is quietly coasting into ones driveway late at night!
