Bugger about the off mate, glad you are basically ok though.
Good luck with the repairs and the healing.

I wouldn't be so sure about using colloidal silver. Sounds like it's a bit risky when there are plenty of other anti-microbial treatments around that won't make your skin turn permanently grey!.

Very rare occurence and there's different types of colliodal silver and man you normally have to orally take heaps of the stuff to go grey. It's way better than anything else out there for killing germs. 600 of the buggers die on contact including the hospital super bugs which the most pwoerful antibiotics won't touch.

OH, hey Scracha, sorry to hear about your off man Hope you heal quick and the bike aint to bad. Please tell my brother in law and sister to wear their gear even on a short trip. They just won't listen cos it won't happen to them.

A timely reminder. It's tempting to go without proper gear if only going a short distance - especially in summer. Hope you heal up quick.

Can just imagine this happening. Every other time, you slow, they see you and you carry on, but this one time when maybe you don't slow so much, they don't see you... etc - Not saying that happened to you, but probably happen to me one day!!

Sorry about the off and heal quick.

I have been caught in this situation (without the off) and vowed never to let it happen again.

I thought about it from the other drivers p.o.v. and could not entirely blame them 100% - I was hidden because I was too close to the truck that turned left. I should not have moved on past until I was sure nothing was going to come around in front of it. Bit the same as moving off from traffic lights in fact. (Cautious look both ways). Of course this all applies to the other driver to a degree as well.

Fuckety fuck fuck fuck motherfucker cunt.

4th phone call to other driver's father in law who owns the car. Turns out they've been telling me a crock of $hit for the past two days and that the driver involved isn't named on the insurance policy.

Is there are uninsured loss recovery scheme or something out here? Do I now have to take him to court? Help. You can probably tell I'm now VERY fucked off.

The fact the driver is uninsured is important only in as much as it affects their ability to pay you.

If they were at fault, all the cost of the repairs to your vehicle, replacement of damaged clothing etc is legally down to them.

If they have assets, or a job, you can just debt collect them like any other plonker who doesn't pay you.

Its not actually that hard, and it costs about $100 to lodge the claim with the court - I'm reasonably sure you can add the legal costs to the account. Maybe there is some legal fella here who can help.

Good to hear you are OK.
