    Pics of the new bike

Here are a couple of pics that my son took of myself and the mighty SV.

It's just back from the 1K service, and in the ritual weekend chain clean and lube.

The model with the bike is a bit average though
FINE. This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

Looks nice in that colour - looks like it has a bit of blue in there.

The owner looks mildly excited too!

I looked and looked, but I couldn't see this "mighty bike" you were referring to.

    EDIT:
Oops - my bad. imdying said "That's a man's brand new bike you're talking about!" and red-blinged me.

    It's a lovely bike, Dude!
I hope you really enjoy riding it!

    Is that more betterer...?
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

Yep, it looks a bit like the colour that Kawasaki used on one of their older 'coffin tank' Z1000s (not sure if it was the turbo model).

I reckon I looked blinded looking into the sun, although I'll take 'mildly excited' rather than the 'average' that some unkind reply mentioned.

Now I just need to finish the house painting so I can get out on some rides.
