    Bought my first bike today...WOOT!!!

A big thanks to all those that kindly offered advice. It was greatly appreciated

I actually took it as well & ended up with a very low km Yamaha SR250 instead of the GN I was going to buy, so once again thank you, see you on the road. Safe motoring everyone

edit: woops forgot to put some pics up

Yeah plenty of windy back country roads not far away. Bit of a bugger im not aloud to ride faster than 70Km'h on the open road

I reckon thats bloody unsafe, cars will be whizzing by at 30Km'h+. Anyone else reckon thats dangerous?

The whole "70km/h limit for learners" thing has been done to death on KB, and all and sundry here agree with you. Everyone just ignores the 70km/h rule - even the fuzz, who, it's generally agreed, won't pull you up as long as you're not actually exceeding the posted limit and not doing anything stupid. So, do like the rest of us did and don't worry about it.

Congrats on your first set of wheels!
