saw a Rocket III at AMPS today too.... man a 2300cc motor in a bike! that engine is bigger than most cars! But 140bhp, ermm Honda S2000's 2L 4cyl makes 250hp.

But look who am I to talk about a 2300cc bike when I ride a 250

I saw it Friday lunchtime. Man oh man, what a huge (as it squat and fat - a bit like me!!) bike. Not my personal cup of tea, but I can see it appealing to quite a few people.

Plenty of (well, *some*, anyway) forced-induction modded bikes making 250bhp or more. Just wait for the inevitable Rocket III turbo projects.

The latest (?) incarnation of the Munch Mammut has a 2L turboed Mondeo engine in it, IIRC.

once you hit certain speeds it dont matter how much horsepower you have to an extent but the slipperyness of the design, a brick will only fall so fast but if you taper the back end it will fall alot faster etc
