    You know... every time I watch videos of accidents like that, or stunts that go wrong, or outgunning the cops, or high speed motorway antics through traffic, I always ask myself one question. Why?

    What the f**k is it that makes people ride stupidly and irresponsibly... endangering not only their own lives but the lives of other road users. When I'm out on the bike enjoying the open road and I fancy "opening her up a bit" it doesn't take long before I'm thinking about all the "what if's", and what flashes through my mind doesn't bear thinking about and is enough to make me ease off.

    So, Is it clever? Is it skill? Is it entertaining? Is it machoism? What is it?

    You tell me cos I'm buggered if I know.
