can't find the ones we used when daughter did car learners. Tried Countdown, Foodtown and Paperplus.

Do you know of any where else?

    Thank you

Apparently the $2 shop (I tried the Hendo one and they were sold out) the NZ Postshop does to but they are crap... Have heard that Haldanes do as well but dont think that they are open! Could also try Motomail

Seen them at Whitcoulls too. Like Steam says, just make your own.
Print em out from the internet or just use yellow and black crayons.

Most BP Connect stores have them available at a premium.

I got mine from Whitcoulls. They come in a set of two!! This may sound silly but keep the spare in a safe place, cause mine after two months of riding is just about munted and ready to fall off.

I have a couple spare here.

Haven't managed to 'lose' one yet!

I got mine from Foodtown. If you can't find one, send me a PM and you can have my spare (I'm in Mt Albert). Might be a good excuse for me to go for a ride and drop it off to you...

Thank you all for your help. Its a bit late now to go for a ride (especially since I am such a newbie and I want the car drivers to be aware that there might be some erratic riding in front of them), so will get some tomorrow. I should have thought about this yesterday when we picked up the bike!

Not to burst your bubble, but they aren't going to be aware you are there even if you wear a neon orange vest and they are looking right at you. Motorcyclists are INVISIBLE to people in cars, didn't you know?

he he nice one Riff Raff.

I made mine the other night with a black vivid pen & a chopped up "slippery when wet" sign I nabbed out of the cleaning cupboard at work

It was one of those "A" frame signs and it had two fold under flap bits, I figured it only needs one of those, so chopped one off, then in half and what do ya know, its a perfect fit for two L plates lol. God I love being cheap

Im still in two minds about using them for the ride from Auckland to New Plymouth when I pick it up in a few days time. No way am I sitting on 70k's for 360Km's lol.
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Yeah, don't do it, keep em off, safer without them and at 100k. Some dude started a thread about who has been stopped and fined, and not one person answered yes.
Now, about your name... why on earth did you choose the name Boob Johnson? It's not like you are stuck with what your parents named you!
