    careful rounds cages guys/gals

Well after nearly having a run in with my favourite friends!!! I thought I would copy the careful in the wet thread. Stupid cage pulled out on me and I locked my tyres trying to stop causing the back end to moved round a bit. Fortunately didn't hit them or drop the bike but ... Remember they don't SEE you or look for you! And personly I think this is the more dangerous of the evils.

Life is difficult because it is non-linear.

I followed "Mr Magoo" the other day, couldn`t pass safely because of traffic parked both sides of the road and this old guy was driving at just above walking pace.He then proceded to pull out on the main road right in front of some car-driver who thought he was seeing things so suicidal was this manouvere and carried on across a pedestrian crossing much to the alarm of the family using it at the time.A lot of the driving I see every day is just plain scary,if you think your wall to wall traffic cops are bad just wait until the N.Z. government realise how much cheaper fixed cameras are and you havnt got any.I`d swap our estimated 2 million un-qualified,un-insured drivers for your traffic cops any day.

Actually, turns out she did. Didn't see it the first time, but the next day I gave it the once over and took some photos. Blue paint form her bumper on my pipe, and it has been pushed back and buckled. Some minor scratches on the fairings, but damn straight she'll be paying for it!
Haven't heard back at all yet, WTF is it with motorcycle mechanics are their general inability to get any amount of even reasonably easy work done in a suitable amount of time?!?!
Going to ring him for the assessment report so I can get on with sueing her ass for damages...

Greasy road plus U-turning driver who didn't look almost ended up messy for myself on Friday. Locked up the back wheel a wee bit but managed to avoid accident. The bastard still hadn't seen me until I pulled up next to his window and politely reminded him of other road users

Just happened to be at the exact same spot on Symonds St where a poor guy was killed by the exact same thing: hopeless bloody driver U turning

    Be careful!
MV Agusta here I come! ....one day
