Goodness gracious me. Gluten-free beer. I'll file that in the "why did they bother" bin with decaf soy lattes, decaf diet cola, organic GM-free vegetarian sausages and nicotine-free cigarettes.

My brother just goes with rum. Waste of time drinking gluten free beer.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

But coeliacs have a range of alcoholic options that are gluten-free. In fact I can't think of anything other than good old common-or-garden beer that would contain any gluten risk. Spirits made from wheat or barley are distilled, making them "pure" in that regard. Wine, cider, fortified wines, spirits, all OK.

Hey, good point, but if you like beer and there is an option, you'd go for it eh?
On the other hand...
That's not beer! It's not a kit sadly. You do it from scratch, with gluten-free grains and hops and sugar and yeast. And boiling, etc.
