This is an eyeopener for me - I regularly pass at those speeds - get the manoeuver over as quickly as possible.
My thinking around speed has to change. What I think is normal and what I have always done =- I get raised eyebrows!
I remember these guys asked me to join them on a ride - I needed new tyres so was taking it easy and also I wasn't in my full protection gear - even then I got pissed off they were only doing 140 and then braking around corners. Because I have always ridden on my own and self taught, I didn't know I was a good rider until someone with far more experience told me so, and proceeded to teach me more bike skills which have been invaluable.
Even after a major accident - Yes I have slowed down but still not enough. I'm working on it.
