Finaly got the call that my fuel tap had come in after 4 weeks being on order from Japan![]()
So I headed off to Moto GB to get it installed, on the way down Turret road my clutch lever snapedit snaped off at the pivot so that the actual handle was only held on by the cable.
I then pulled into Grace road and parked it up, came back later after organising a trailer from the hire place at the bottom of the hill, so the best thing to do seemed to wheel it down the hill on the footpath![]()
But I had only just started to wheel it along Grace road when who was to come up behind me but a Police car, the Cop asked what I was doing as it probably looked pretty suspect, so I explained the situation and he said Ok take care then......
So once I got my bike across the road and onto the trailer we had to drive to Moto GB at the mount so went the back way past the speedway, bike seemed pretty safe in the back, no real hassels on the way.
It is currently at Moto GB waiting to get the clutch lever replaced and the fuel tap replacedwhich means I am now without a bike for a few days, a real hassel but thing happen.
like to thank Moto GB for being so helpful all the time, great place and great staff, worst part now is going to be not able to ride for a few days![]()
