Thanks c4, the bike I'm looking at is the same model as yours only a 2004. At this stage I'm going to go for it, the seller is holding it for me until Monday when I'll let him know either way.

congratulations you have made two people happy...you and the guy selling it![]()
Well done mate.
Since I brought my Duc a few weeks back its been hard to get the grin off my face.
I love it and ride it more than my new Triumph.
The fact that its always in bits while I'm fixing and checking things is irrelevant.........
I think I'll be buying another one soon as well!
I'll post some pics when it arrives.
good choice well done. is it nz new or a jap import. i hope you like doing wheelies
Its an import, got it through Emoto in ChCh.
Peter is a nice guy. my bike came through him aswell.i got him to get me an Audi allso. very helpfull chap.ive just got on to an agent who can get some1 to bring bikes back from japan in the back of a van. alot easyer an cheaper than having to fill a container to make it worth while. you will love the monster.are you in chch?. has Duane Brown dodne the service on it.
Not in ChCh, I'm one of them "other islanders".
This will be the second bike that I have got through Peter and likely won't be the last. I trust him completely.
The bike has been serviced but I'm not sure who Peter gets to do it for him.
The views expressed above may not match yours - But that's the reason my Dad went to war - wasn't it?
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, .... but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out,... shouting "man, what a ride"!!!
