Yeah, seen it before but it does look pretty painful. Although the general consensus on the forum I saw it on was that it is a photo chop.

Its no photo chop, I saw the photo sequence, think it ran in Aus Motorcycle News at least a year ago.

After a good close zoomed look at it, for it to be a photoshop, the person who did it would have to have been one hell of an artist. It looks real to me.
In the riders seat
I've just about managed to run a couple of people over when they have lowsided in front of me.
At the second Pre82 round this year my mate Neil managed to run over a Norton and it's rider when the Norton went down in front of him,dislocated the guys shoulder although I don't think Neil was still on the bike by that stage.
