    RGV 250 Any Good

Trying to find a good fast 250. Is the rgv where to get that from ive ridden 2 stroke bikes most of my life and need more speed than i can get out of the old scooter.

So i generally comute to work and whatnot everyday round 30km round trip and will really enjoy going for a day ride out 250km or more round trip.

Anyway i like the feel of the 2 stroke as it give you that rush of powerband etc is the rgv250 where i should be or more cbr/zxr four strokes.

    Cheers Guys

Raise any problems or hasttles you can have with them etc

Like stated in most posts... yes, go for it while you can and ride it like it's stolen.

An (MC18-MC21) NSR 250 is just that much less likely to go boom. The lower Hp stated in specification sheets is just the factory restrictions.

They have a better chassis and engine, and with a few modifications (little more than removing said factory restrictions) You'll have a bike with equal or more power, with far less fragility.

Sorry for my long windedness, but I'm far too tired to be succinct.

Ignore kms for all 250 bikes and have them checked out by someone who has lots of experience WITH THAT SPECIFIC BIKE.

    Good luck.
