Yep, and the rider even waved back to me in the car! Victory!

na I revert to cage status when I get in the car and try and run every fucker on a bike I see off the road, I hate how they think they can just jump the line like they own the road

Yep done that. I don't own a car, and am so used to riding a bike - that when I get to drive a cage - it's pretty sad that I start leaning in it on some tight corners. Takes a while for the mind to get out of biker mode i.e. esp in regard to cornering lol. However one good thing is that I always read the traffic so far ahead - the downside of this is when I am a passenger in a cage and they don't - gives me the screamin shits.

Me driving a cage is getting rarer, enough so that i keep taking bike lines around corners..... Not good.
I too often nod (not wave) a little less obvious to other non bikers but it is funny how many nod back or just about fall off laughing.

When I was towing my new bike back from Taupo to Auckland my mate didn't believe that I could get a wave out of a biker on the trip back. Took me until the southern motorway, but got one out of some bikers on an over bridge watching the motorway.

Yep... have done it several times, either waved or nodded at a bike coming past the other way. Most of the time there's just been a confused look, but a couple of times they've waved back. I always feel like a right clown afterwards though!
