    False competitions

Has anyone ever heard of ANYONE winning a car, million dollars etc from the likes of Trendwest etc
I think it may be a big scam that the lotteries commission should investigate. As i have never heard of anyone of the millions of signatures those places get cos you sign up after seeing a bmw parked in a mall.
    Any thoughts?

yeah they hax it up all the time its all bullshit ive never won anything, except once i won a free box of pepsi off the rock, that was cool. Actually it was warm but we put it in the fridge which worked out well. Until the fridge died.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

My goodness, then what happened - we are all waiting with bated breath.

Yeah a lot of those comp's they hold in malls and stuff are a load of crap just to get your details.

Notice how on the form it asks for your marital status, your income, your phone number and most times what your house is worth?

When they leave the mall the leads (yes... LEADS) are sorted into Qualified and Not Qualified. They then use your details to call you up and piss you off for the next "survey" or "telemarketing campaign".

If you do decide to enter those comps. Just put your name as:

    A. Name and your mobile number.

Don't full out any of the other details. Then your sorted as "NQ" and they won't call you. Or if there is a space on the form (usually where the disclaimer is) there might be a box that says "Tick here if you do not want us to contact you". Tick that box if you like... but they'll still call you.

The company I used to work for generated thier leads via this method, using a Skoda car as the gimic prize... the car was rented and NEVER intended to be given away and it never was...

I guess some one should make a complaint then..... Contact them and ask for the competition details, who won the last one, how it's drawn, how long it goes for - basically full disclosure. Send it to the commission if it's dodge, and cc it to the commerce commission as it also falls under the fair trading act.

There are a few of us would be interested in that, if we chip in 50/50 would the stranger be interested in a group meeting?
