Nothing wrong with a 916.........or the prilla for that matter.......depends what you want to do..........lots of choices out there at the moment......Bang for Buck pretty hard to go past suzuki/Honda V-twins.....like i say depends what you want to use the bike for......dont take to much notice of me anyway as i keep throwing endless amounts of money on an old TLS.........cause i love it...............![]()
Be the person your dog thinks you are...
Ducks wont lose money as fast as a jap but every thing is more expensive
but cant listen to me cause I'm biased to Suzuki my money pit
If you can stretch your cash I heard the 996 or 998 are more reliable over the 916.
Ohlins Steering Damper - Shogun Fairing Protectors - Wheel Stripes
So where did you hear all this then ?.I think you have a guy thats good at working on Ducati's in nelson.AB's or something like that. Go quiz them up on what you want to know. I could recomend some1 in chch if you want.If you wanted a daily commuter there maybe better choices. If your not doing massive miles and want something with the grin factor go for it.Bikes dont get much more sexyer than a 916.Dont matter what make the bike is 2nd hand is just that, 2nd hand.Theres plenty out there so just be fussy before you part with ya $$$$$$$.
That just what i wanted to heari love the look and sound of the 916 very very sexy and have heard riddin a duke is like no other feeling, it wont be a commuiter just a weekend toy, and a trophy on my mantel piece.
yes this weekend it will all be revealed![]()
Good on ya..
