Unhappy Need all the help I can get please...

Right, I need my VFR back on the road asap, and as cheaply as possible. I also want it ready in time to book Taupo.

    Parts I need:

    (for '92 nc30 VFR400r)

    *Rear brake lever/pedal thingy

*Bar ends (only if in good nick, mine are scraped but useable)

*Left handle bar (or if anyone can straighten it?)

*Entire front fairing (including lowers, its a 1 piece fibreglass, either repair or anyone got fairings lying around?)

*Front mudguard (or if anyone knows how to fix a scraped one?)

*Exhaust (standard or aftermarket, must be good nick, will pay $$$ for an aftermarket...)

I think thats about it, i havent seen my bike in a week so may have forgot a few things...

Post in this thread or pm me if you can help in anyway.

    Cheers,

    Pete

    Questions:
Is the fairing still in one piece?
I can show you and help you to repair it if it is not too bad.

What is the damage to the front mudguard?
If it is only scratched then I can show you how to fix it.

How bent is the l/h bar?
I have a vice and can show you how to sort this out, but only if it is not a pretzel.

Let me know if this is helpful to you

If you can get the bike to my place, I have more tools and machinary than you can shake a stick at...

I have glass fibre repair kits for your fairings and can straighten bits etc...

Let me know, your welcome to store at mine in my garage and work on it etc.. ?

Ok no problem. Is it ridable? even at 10-20kph? if not where is it now? I have access to a car and we can hire a trailer for $20 and get it to mine to work on it..

not rideable due to the clutch lever. Its easily move able though.

Im thinking of asking cyclespot (who have it) to spend an hour going over the more important bits - engine and structure. Then we could pull it out.
